Do Bakehouse Pies arrive fully cooked?
Yes. Our Tavern Pies and Deli Pies are fully baked, while our traditional steamed suet meat puddings are fully cooked. This makes them convenient for busy pub and restaurant kitchens, ready to reheat and serve according to our reheating instructions.
Can your pies be frozen?
Yes. Our pies can be frozen, including our individual pork pies. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery and defrosting them before reheating. The exception is our 2.5kg Special Occasion Celebration Pie, which should not be frozen.
How long do Bakehouse Pies keep refrigerated?
Our pies arrive with a minimum of seven days’ refrigerated shelf life, giving busy hospitality kitchens flexibility when planning menus and managing stock.
